We offer one year guarantee for our product. During this period, we are responsible for the free repair against product quality problems and bear the delivery freight. Details of quality problems:
- Sofa leather bleaching, cracking and cushion collapse.
- Sculpture seriously cracking, bubbling and painting fall off.
- The same batch of product size differences more than 3 cm.
- Product lack of accessories.
- Borer found in product.
For serious quality problem, we will base on the situation to provide replacement or accept return of product. And certainly we will pay for the delivery freight.
