About These Terms And Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Dongguan Hongqi Furniture Co.,Ltd, and "you" means you the customer.
These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
Placing Your Order
First, you should browse and search for the product you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find any product that interests you, click the description or add to cart button to see detail page. If you want to add more to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until you finish all you want to buy.
Payment Methods And Processing
Furniture-cn currently accepts T/T (30% deposit payment before production, 70% before delivery), L/C at sight, cash or Paypal.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, including NSW Public holidays.
We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Submit" button.
A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
Pricing on www.furniture-cn.com is base in U.S.dollar.
Furniture-cn always seeks to list products with the most competitive prices.
We reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at Furniture-cn at any time.
The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.
Shipping cost will be shown separately by email or written but may be recalculated based on how many and what you place in your shopping cart.
Delivery of Your Products
Furniture-cn makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times provided by Furniture-cn at checkout.
Usually, if we got storage product in warehouse, the product can be loaded to container after 10 working days you placed your order. But if there is no storage, we need 30 to 90 days to finish a new product. The final production day is subject to our agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address you filled in your register information. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier can help with the delivery, cost will be paid by customer.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your order confirmation. However, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Returning a Product
If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice, we will provide you with a store credit within 14 days of delivery for unopened products. This credit does not include delivery costs.
Furniture-cn will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by us are followed.

You can pay for items you buy on line, or you can use PayPal to send money quickly and safely to anyone with an email address. Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you just need to select PayPal as your payment method when you shop online.
